Webdinge takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. The types of personal data collected

E-bookkeeping.nl
We use E-bookkeeping to prepare quotations and send invoices. In doing so, we collect various personal data.
The name and address details and your company details are necessary for making a legal quotation / invoice. The privacy statement of e-boekhoudt.nl can be found here.
The IP address is saved after signing the quotation. Before a quote is requested, you must also fill in information about your webshop in addition to the above information. You create this account in an SSL secured environment with your own email and password.

Mollie
If you decide to pay the invoice via Ideal, Credit Card or Paypal, we will share your personal data with Mollie to process the payment further. Click here for Mollie’s privacy statement.

WordPress
When you as a customer leave a message via our website, your email address and name are stored in WordPress. Data that you enter when sending a message is stored on the servers of our processor WordPress. WordPress ensures a level of security that matches the data to be processed and takes adequate measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. For example, a secure SSL connection is used by default.

The retention period
Data in E-boekhouden.nl is kept for mandatory administration. The accounts are kept for 8 years as required by the tax authorities. Other data is kept until a customer explicitly instructs it to be deleted. For a removal request, please contact our customer service.

Rights as a customer
You can view the data we have about you and you can have it corrected or deleted in most cases.
You have permission to withdraw certain processing operations, such as sending newsletters
You can submit a complaint or request to have your data adjusted via our contact form or our support department.

* We are forced to keep certain data. For example, the contact details of active customers to provide someone with the best possible service. This includes emergency questions, but also ongoing maintenance and updates. From a security point of view, we are also forced to make backups. It is therefore not possible to have data removed from backups afterwards, because they will then no longer be correct.
